The following is absolutely unacceptable posted content on any Coldyshangout Community board:

• Posts containing any subjects under legal age of 18 years when photographed. This includes cartoon animation characters as well. Do not post any links to sites where one may find 'under legal age' content.
  
  
• Animal cruelty or sexual acts involving animals (beastiality). These are illegal and a member will be banned for posting such material...no exceptions made. Do not post any links to sites where one may find beastiality content.
  
  
• The posting of material related to rape/incest/violence/scat content is prohibited (re-enactments/actual/cartoon portrayals).
  
  
• You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. It is  your own responsibility to adhere to these terms.
  
  
• Anything that violates the trademark or copyright of another company including anything that may violate the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
  
  
• A cautionary word to all regarding posting full-length non-adult feature films on our boards. At CHC, we avoid all posted RIAA content, mainstream Hollywood and other studio feature films for reasons to avoid possibile litigation by those particular entities. Those organisations have aggressive stances to justifyably protect their copyright holdings having deep financial pockets and resources to protect their creative properties.
  
  

I report all references to links of an illegal nature to Local Law Enforcement and / or The United States FBI.

Other  unacceptable behaviours include foul or abusive language or bullying attitude towards any other CHC Forum member or group of members. Any flaming action or sexual discrimination will be deleted immediately and without any prior  notification or warning.

• Any post considered a false statement containing negative comments  on or about any country, race, creed, or culture, offensive, evil,  disturbing, nuisance, or not beneficial to other members or guests of our  board will also be deleted. This rule also applies to avatars, signatures,  and all movies, images, pictures posted or files within our board. The  Forum Administrator will remove a member's avatar/sigline if not in compliance.
  
  
• Abuse aimed directly to any Moderator will be subject to instant  ban, no exceptions. The moderators are here to keep the boards running  smoothly and their decisions are done with the approval of the  Administrators.
  
  
• Duplicated URL/topicswill be removed without prior warning.
  
  
• Dialers, popups or redirected links are not permitted. Additionally, posted links leading to bit torrents and non-media related  ActiveX controls are forbidden. If any of these are discovered within a  post, the entire post is deleted. Individuals who register merely to post  'spam' have their membership summarily deleted.
  
  
• User ID's / passwords to paysites are not permitted. This includes  links containing passwords and links to forums/blogs where password boards  exist. The only password allowed are the ones used to open a zipped/rar file downloaded from a free site.
  
  
• Posting 'spoofed' links and links directing members and guests to  'warez' websites are forbidden at CHC.
  
  
• Use the 'Report To Moderator' button only for posts containing ; material which is expressedly against CHC policy. That button is not  used to report dead links, or make requests for missing passwords required  to unpack files. A member may reply to a post that a required password to unpack files is missing or that dead links exist on another post within  that thread.
  
  
• It is a courtesy to credit another posting person even if you do not know if he/she is the one who originated the links to the material in the first place. An example of this would be 'credit and thanks to original posting person at XYZ Forum'
  
  
• Using Forums' email / PM / facilities to spam/abuse any administrator/moderator/member shall attract warning or automatic ban.
  
  
• Do not answer any request by any member that should not be  entertained. (according to our rules) An Administrator or Moderator will quickly intervene.
  
  
• Do not abuse the attachment feature! Excessive use of the feature or inappropriate material, will be deemed abuse. This will result in attachments being deleted. In exceptional cases, the member concerned will have their usage revoked.
  
  
• You must not abuse a member's private ftp/http server, including repeated "hammering", passing of login details to anyone else, or interfere with the servers normal operation in any way.
  
  
• On all Forum boards, no cracks /  hacks or direct links to illegal software or music files of any type. Posting application sites are permitted. Post only what topics / software you know and have used as you are responsible for help on your posted topic.
  
  
• If a member at CHC community Forum posts links on any of our boards and includes the request within their post for our members to 'not  re-post links, please', the members are expected to honour that request. This is mandatory.
  
  
• Conversely, we require all members to not post any links on CHC content boards from any other website/Forum where a similiar request for 'do not re-post' has been made.
  
  

GUIDELINES

• A word about disposable e-mail addresses...in order to protect your privacy and establish a more secure protocol for ensuring one user  ID/e-mail address supplied upon registration, we do not condone the usage of DEA's for those who wish to actively post on the forum boards. Whilst one may register at CHC using a DEA, however the drawback is that for  that member is that the forum will be accessible in read-only mode. Posting is disallowed for DEA addresses.
  
  
• Movie and picture posts can be removed after 90 days by the Administrator as it is routine to keep the boards streamlined and tidy. In  our experience, 90 days is the maximum time most links stay active. Every 90 days, the Administrator will post on the General Discussion Requests board a notice of impending removal of old links slated to be removed in 14 days from the notice. During this time members will be given  the opportunity to save any old posts before they are purged.
  
  
• In the interest of other users, posts should contain 5 - 50  individual links to pictures & movies, as this makes browsing easier and more user friendly. Moderators have the expressed approval by the admins. to be the judge at any time whether or not a member is flooding the board with his/her posts. A moderator will edit/merge any posts which  that moderator believes constitutes flooding in the effort to keep the boards streamlined and tidy. A member's post count will inevitably be lowered as a result of a moderator's edits of that member's posts flooding the boards. Administrator will adjust a member's post count from a  moderator's edits only once in the interest of fairness...subsequent moderator edits in the effort to contain a flooded board will yield no further adjustment in post count of the member causing the flood.
  
  
• Imageshack and other Image Hosting Services.
  We do except posted links to content on our forum boards hosted by imageshack.Other image hosting services who allow uploaded adult content are perfectly acceptable at CHC.
  
  
• Try to help others by providing any useful viewing or download tips.
  
  
• CHC allows its members to promote their board/site in the " General Forum >Showcas - Members Web Sites " and in the signature line of their profile. Any sites we deem unsuitable will be removed. The site must also be Free and not paid to join. No links of any type to other sites for the purpose of promoting them or using this site as an advertising tool. Anyone wanting to add a link to there site must gain prior permission before posting any link.
  
  
• Don't use all-caps, because people may think you are yelling.
  
  
• Make all requests only in the General Forum & Requests board...this will make it possible for your questions to be read by all and speedier replies more likely.
  
  
• It is inadvisable to show real pictures of yourself on any boards where members and guests can view them.
